Evaluating your event, conference, tradeshow or convention
Beyond measuring basic revenue targets and attendance numbers, delegate/attendee surveys are key to helping event organizers gauge their success and learn how to improve for the following year. EventSTAT is a convenient packaged turnkey solution designed to help you achieve these insights using both online and onsite resources:
  • Pre-Event online evaluation: A brief online survey prior to the event is sent to delegates/participants to identify their intentions and expectations. You receive an online report that enables you to respond quickly and proactively to any potentially disruptive issues.
  • Onsite evaluation: During the event, our PDA-equipped survey teams conduct a brief survey with delegates/participants. The survey includes questions about satisfaction with various aspects of the event that will provide key insights for future events, Survey results can also be tracked over time to provide client organizations with critical performance benchmarks. Within 30 days of the event, we provide with a report/presentation (in PowerPoint format).
