ZINC Research was founded on the principle of innovation.

Organizations are increasingly challenged to differentiate their products and services, communicate their brands and remain top-of-mind with their customers.

"In their natural element" - organizations are seeking knowledge beyond the traditional means and creative insights at the “point of experience” with their customers and stakeholders. ZINC Research is committed to supporting corporations, research suppliers, not-for-profit organizations and consultants with unique hybrid methodologies, including onsite research tools, to tackle this challenge.

Further, research is becoming an essential to be “in the mix” and “at the table” in key business decisions. We as professionals are constantly challenged to come up with new and creative ways to capture insights into “what sticks” in a rapidly changing environment. We appreciate that research is a necessity to develop an idea, identify a new opportunity, change or even destroy the existing. In short, we understand that research helps organizations GROW. And those who grow have the best information.

So, why ZINC Research? While zinc is a recognized as a metal, its biological role is significant*. Zinc is an essential element, necessary for sustaining all life...including the life of an organization.

At ZINC Research, our interest is to support your ideas and finding creative and innovative solutions to your challenges, within a disciplined framework. We are objective driven to ensure that the results delivered align with the needs of the project. Research is a process, and we like to work with those who appreciate this and understand that such processes require time and resources (and their associated constraints) to be explored properly.

We have our distinct approach and pricing, and we communicate this clearly to all clients. If we are unable to meet a projects objectives with our skill set, other methods or suppliers will be recommended.
